All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Seattle, USA. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and EMS for reliable global delivery.
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Recommended for speed and full tracking.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. A great option for patient planners.
Q2: Do you ship to my country? Are there any restrictions?
We ship worldwide to most countries! However, to ensure service quality and timely delivery, we are currently unable to ship to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. The complete list of excluded areas will be shown automatically at checkout. If your region is excluded, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our network.
