  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Process: Start by contacting our team via email to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Exchanges: Available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products for hygiene and safety reasons (see Section 4).

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition – free of damage, wear, stains, or odors.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging (including the box for equipment) must be intact.
  • You must provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

This policy applies globally, consistent with our commitment to serving fighters worldwide (excluding remote areas where delivery is unavailable).

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse (address below), our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will notify you and initiate your refund or ship your exchange item.

3. Refunds: Timing & Method

Your security and satisfaction are paramount. Refunds are processed securely and transparently:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method:
    • Visa MasterCard JCB: Refunds are processed directly back to your card. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank’s policies.
    • PayPal: Refunds are issued to your PayPal account immediately upon processing.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health and safety of our global community, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • APPAREL & FOOTWEAR: Any intimate apparel or worn footwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Headwear: All hats, beanies, and other headwear due to personal hygiene considerations.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any product that has been customized or monogrammed at your request.
  • Used or Damaged Goods: Items showing signs of use, damage not present upon original shipment, or missing original packaging/tags.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Marked as such at the time of purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

Need a different size in our Advanced Series shorts or a different color in our Aero Series gloves?

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Follow the standard return process above, but clearly state you wish for an exchange and specify the desired item, size, or color.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • We will ship the exchange item via our standard shipping method (DHL/FedEx) once the return is approved.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item you did not order, we sincerely apologize. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
