We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RA number.

Securely package the item with the RA number clearly marked on the outside. Use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Need a different size in Advanced Series shorts or a new color in Aero Series gloves? Follow the standard return process, but clearly state you want an exchange and specify the desired item, size, or color.
