5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

You may return most unused items in original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.

5.2 Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

5.5 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item you did not order, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
